    Welcome to Bitterne Spiritualist Church

    You are warmly invited to visit our church. Our website provides information about our Divine and Healing Services, Coffee Mornings, Special Events, Workshops, and Development Groups. We hope you find what you’re looking for, but if you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

    Our church is a registered charity in England and Wales (No. 1160231). Bitterne Spiritualist Church is affiliated with the Spiritualists’ National Union, a recognised charitable organisation in the UK. The SNU’s mission is to promote Spiritualism as a “Religion, Science, and Philosophy.” Leaflets on various topics are available in the church library for those seeking more information. You can also visit the SNU website details of which can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ page. .

    Join us for an inspiring and transformative day with Medium, 

    Minister Sandy Haggar 


     Sandy is an ordained Minister of the religion of Spiritualism and a Tutor at the world renowned Arthur Findlay College in Stansted.

    She has a passion for helping others develop their connection with the Spirit - whether working with the Spirit incarnate or the Spirit discarnate. 

    She has a positive, energetic and down to earth approach.


    This workshop is designed for all levels – whether you’re just starting your journey or already exploring your spiritual gifts 

    Together, we’ll dive into:

    *Practical experimentation with mediumship

    *Hints, tips & guidance to deepen your connection

    *Exploring the Spirit in a safe, supportive space

    *Learn tips to make your proof of 'life after death' more impactful

    Spend the day with like-minded people, open your mind to new possibilities, and discover how to make your connection with Spirit more enjoyable and impactful.


    Saturday, 14th March 2026 from 10am to 4pm

    (Doors Open at 9.45 am)

    Admission £25 (Bring a Packed Lunch, coffee, tea and snacks provided)

     Whether you're new to spiritualism or have been walking this path for years, this evening promises insight, discussion, and inspiration. Together, we'll delve into profound questions that resonate with the heart and soul.

    Meet new friends, enjoy a hot drink, and take part in our spiritual activities.
