Our church is a registered charity in England and Wales (No. 1160231). Bitterne Spiritualist Church is affiliated with the Spiritualists’ National Union, a recognised charitable organisation in the UK. The SNU’s mission is to promote Spiritualism as a “Religion, Science, and Philosophy.” Leaflets on various topics are available in the church library for those seeking more information. Join us for a Demonstration of Mediumship with a difference!

This March, Rev Bryan Peters and Rev Michael Black bring American spiritual fire to Southampton for an unforgettable evening of connection and transformation. workshop - Spirit Communication What is the Evidence?
Join us for an inspiring and transformative day with Medium, Minister Matthew Smith. How do we know when communication is real and not just an overactive imagination? In this Workshop, we’ll explore what gives spirit communication depth, clarity, and authenticity with evidence that truly speaks for itself.
Together we’ll look at:
- How do we know when our own spirit is guiding us through life?
- What role does imagination really play in spiritual guidance?
- How can we trust and work with what we sense and feel?
Spend the day with like-minded people, open your mind to new possibilities, and discover how to make your connection with Spirit more enjoyable and impactful.
